great location , but a bit noisy at night

The location is fantastic , just steps away from shops and dining options. The tranquility of the area inspires relaxation. Our room featured a lovely balcony overlooking the main road, offering a beautiful mountain view that enhanced our stay.

The noise from the street traffic at night was slightly disruptive.

I appreciated the hotel's serene ambiance, perfect for relaxation. The serene decor and peaceful garden areas made it a wonderful escape. The enclosed parking was also a bonus for my convenience while visiting beautiful Folgaria.

A few more accessible seating options would help seniors.

The dinner options received a thumbs up, particularly the antipasti and the fresh pizzas from the nearby sister restaurant. The staff was awesome. They were helpful. Views from my balcony were fine, offering a perfect mountain backdrop. I enjoyed my room, a cozy Double or Twin Room with parquet flooring. The cleanliness needed some attention, as I noticed dust in corners and lacked a refreshing atmosphere in the shared spaces. Although the enclosed parking was convenient, the Wi-Fi was slow was good. I also experienced a mix-up during breakfast when I requested fresh milk but received condensed milk instead.

Good breakfast variety with fresh fruits and pastries. The location was great - close to a beautiful park with ice skating rink and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding and had good soundproofing.

The staff at the reception could have been more attentive and friendlier. The bathroom was not cleaned properly with some Mold on the walls.

During my new year stay, I enjoyed the comfy beds and the clean bathrooms. the hotel's location made it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants, as well as transportation to nearby attractions. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that was available throughout the hotel.

They seemed uninterested in helping me with any of my requests, and their attitudes left a bad taste in my mouth.
